Chinese Vegetables Recipes - Pak Choi Recipe
Ingredients

45 ml/3 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil

2 spring onions (scallions), chopped

450 g/1lb pak choi, shredded
-
15 ml/1 tbsp soy sauce
-
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp sugar
-
120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup chicken stock
-
5 ml/1 tsp corn flour (cornstarch)
Method:
-
Heat the oil and fry the spring onions until lightly
browned.
-
Add the pak choi and stir-fry for 3
minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry
for 2 minutes.
