Chinese Vegetables Recipes - Pak Choi Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45 ml/3 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil

  • 2 spring onions (scallions), chopped

  • 450 g/1lb pak choi, shredded

  • 15 ml/1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2.5 ml/1/2 tsp sugar

  • 120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup chicken stock

  • 5 ml/1 tsp corn flour (cornstarch)


Method:

  1. Heat the oil and fry the spring onions until lightly browned.

  2. Add the pak choi and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
