Chinese Vegetables Recipes - Peas with Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients

45 ml/3 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil

1 spring onion (scallion), chopped

225 g/8 oz mushrooms, halved
-
225 g/8 oz frozen peas
-
30 ml/2 tbsp soy sauce
-
5 ml/1 tsp sugar
-
120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup chicken stock
-
5 ml/1 tsp corn flour (cornstarch)
Method:

Heat the oil and fry the spring onion until lightly
browned.

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 3
minutes. Add the peas and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
-
Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for 2
minutes.
