Chinese Recipes - Peppers and Bean Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients
30 ml/2 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
5 ml/1 tsp salt
2 red peppers, cut into strips
225 g/8 oz French beans
5 ml/1 tsp sugar
30 ml/2 tbsp water
Method:
Heat the boil and stir-fry the garlic, salt, peppers and beans for 3 minutes.
Add the sugar and water and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
