Chinese Recipes - Sauteed Bean Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients
15ml/1 tbsp peanut oil
450g/1lb bean sprouts
15ml/1 tbsp soy sauce
salt and freshly ground pepper
Method:
Heat the oil and stir-fry the bean sprouts for about 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce, salt and pepper and stir together well.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes then remove the lid and simmer for a further 1 minute.
