Chinese Vegetables Recipes - Sautéed Bean Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 15ml/1 tbsp peanut oil

  • 450g/1lb bean sprouts

  • 15ml/1 tbsp soy sauce

  • salt and freshly ground pepper


Method:

  1. Heat the oil and stir-fry the bean sprouts for about 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce, salt and pepper and stir together well.

  2. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes then remove the lid and simmer for a further 1 minute.
