Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients

45 ml/3 tbsp
groundnut (peanut) oil

5 ml/1 tsp salt
-
2 slices ginger
root, minced
-
450 g/1lb mixed
vegetables such as sliced bamboo shoots,
blanched bean sprouts, broccoli florets,
sliced carrots, cauliflower florets,
diced peppers

120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2
cup chicken or vegetable stock

15 ml/1 tbsp soy
sauce

5 ml/1 tsp sugar
Method:

Heat the oil and stir-fry the salt and ginger until
lightly browned.

Add the vegetables and stir-fry for
3 minutes until well coated with oil.

Add the stock,
soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry for about 2 minutes
until heated through.
