Chinese Recipes - Spiced Green Beans Recipe
Ingredients
450 g/1lb green beans
15 ml/1 tbsp salt
5 ml/1 tsp ground anise
5 ml/1 tsp freshly ground red pepper
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a large pan and just cover with water.
Bring to the boil and simmer for about 8 minutes until the beans are just tender. Drain well before serving.
