Ingredients

450g/1lb
cabbage,
shredded
-
30 ml/2 tbsp
groundnut
(peanut) oil
-
2 doves
garlic,
crushed
-
1 slice
ginger root,
minced
-
15ml/1
tbsp oyster
sauce
-
15ml/1
tbsp soy
sauce
-
15ml/1
tbsp chili
bean sauce
-
5ml/1 tsp
sesame oil
Method:
-
Blanch the cabbage in boiling salted water for 2
minutes. Drain well.

Heat the oil and
stir-fry the garlic and ginger for a few seconds
until lightly browned.
-
Add the cabbage and
stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the
remaining ingredients and stir-fry for a further 2
minutes.
