Chinese Recipes - Spinach with Garlic Recipe
Ingredients
30 ml/2 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil
450 g/1lb spinach leaves
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic, crushed
15 ml/1 tbsp soy sauce
Method:
Heat the oil, add the spinach and salt and stir-fry for 3 minutes until the spinach begins to wilt.
Add the garlic and soy sauce and stir-fry for 3 minutes before serving.
