Chinese Vegetables Recipes - Spinach with Garlic Recipe

Ingredients

  • 30 ml/2 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil

  • 450 g/1lb spinach leaves

  • 2.5 ml/1/2 tsp salt

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 15 ml/1 tbsp soy sauce


Method:

  1. Heat the oil, add the spinach and salt and stir-fry for 3 minutes until the spinach begins to wilt.

  2. Add the garlic and soy sauce and stir-fry for 3 minutes before serving.
