Chinese Vegetables Recipes - Spinach with Peanuts Recipe
Ingredients

30 ml/2 tbsp peanuts
-
450 g/1 b spinach, shredded
-
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp salt
-
100 g/4 oz smoked ham, chopped
-
15 ml/1 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil
Method:
-
Toast the peanuts in a dry pan then chop coarsely.
Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes
then drain well and chop.
-
Mix in the peanuts, salt,
ham and oil and serve at once.
