Ingredients
Method:

Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes then
drain, reserving 250 ml/1 cup of soaking
liquid.

Discard the stalks and arrange the caps in
a heatproof bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients,
stand the bowl on a rack in a steamer, cover and
steam over boiling water for about 1 hour.
