Chinese Vegetables Recipes - Stir-Fried Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450 g/1 lb cauliflower florets      

  • 45 ml/3 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil

  • 1 spring onion, chopped

  • 120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup chicken stock

  • 5 ml/1 tsp corn flour (cornstarch)


Method:

  1. Blanch the cauliflower in boiling water for 2 minutes then drain welt.

  2. Heat the oil and fry the spring onion until lightly browned.

  3. Add the cauliflower and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for 2 minutes then serve.
