Chinese Vegetables Recipes - Stir-Fried Dandelion Leaves Recipe

Ingredients

  • 30 ml/2 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil

  • 450 g/1 lb dandelion leaves

  • 5 ml/1 tsp salt

  • 15 ml/1 tbsp sugar


Method:

  1. Heat the oil, add the dandelion leaves, salt and sugar and stir-fry over a moderate heat for 5 minutes. Serve at once.
