Chinese Recipes - Stir-Fried Dandelion Recipe
Ingredients
30 ml/2 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil
450 g/1 lb dandelion leaves
5 ml/1 tsp salt
15 ml/1 tbsp sugar
Method:
Heat the oil, add the dandelion leaves, salt and sugar and stir-fry over a moderate heat for 5 minutes. Serve at once.
