Ingredients

tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil

5 ml/1 tsp salt

450 g/1 lb
string beans, cut into pieces

120 ml/4
fl oz/1/2 cup
chicken stock

15 ml/1
tbsp soy sauce
Method:

Heat the oil and salt then add the beans and
stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the stock and soy sauce, bring to the boil,
cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until the beans
are tender but still slightly crisp.
