Chinese Recipes - Stir-Fried Lettuce with Ginger Recipe
Ingredients
45 ml/3 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cm/1/2 in slice ginger root, finely chopped
1 head lettuce, shredded
Method:
Heat the oil and fry the garlic and ginger until light golden.
Add the lettuce and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until glossy and slightly wilted. Serve at once.
