Chinese Vegetables Recipes - Stir-Fried Lettuce with Ginger Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45 ml/3 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1 cm/1/2 in slice ginger root, finely chopped

  • 1 head lettuce, shredded


Method:

  1. Heat the oil and fry the garlic and ginger until light golden.

  2. Add the lettuce and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until glossy and slightly wilted. Serve at once.
