Chinese Recipes - Stir-Fried Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
30 ml/2 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil
2 green peppers, cubed
2 red peppers, cubed
15 ml/1 tbsp chicken stock or water
5 ml/1 tsp salt
5 ml/1 tsp brown sugar
Method:
Heat the oil until very hot, add the peppers and stir-fry until the skins wrinkle slightly.
Add the stock or water, salt and sugar and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
