wine
vinegar

sugar

tbsp soy
sauce

15 ml/1
tbsp corn flour
(cornstarch)

45 ml/3
tbsp
water
Method:
-
Heat the oil and stir-fry the cabbage for 3 minutes.
Add the salt and continue to stir-fry until the
cabbage is just tender.

Blend the wine vinegar,
sugar, soy sauce, corn flour and water to a paste, add
it to the pan and simmer, stirring, until the sauce
coats the cabbage.
