Ingredients

cup drained, canned water chestnuts

115g/4oz/generous
1/2 cup fresh white
crab
meat
-
12 wanton
wrappers
-
salt and ground black pepper
Serves 4
Method:

Finely chop
the water chestnuts, mix them with the crab meat
and season.

Fill the
wonton wrappers, spring-roll fashion.
-
Steam
the filled wontons for 5-8 minutes and serve.
