Appetizers Recipes - Crab and Water Chestnut Wontons Recipe

Ingredients

  • 50g/2oz/1/3 cup drained, canned water chestnuts

  • 115g/4oz/generous 1/2 cup fresh white crab meat

  • 12 wanton wrappers

  • salt and ground black pepper

Serves 4


Method:

  1. Finely chop the water chestnuts, mix them with the crab meat and season.

  2. Fill the wonton wrappers, spring-roll fashion.

Steam the filled wontons for 5-8 minutes and serve.
