Chinese Appetizers Recipes - Crab Meat with Cucumber Recipe

Ingredients

  • 100 g/4 oz crab meat, flaked

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and shredded

  • 1 slice ginger root, minced

  • 15 ml/1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 30 ml/2 tbsp wine vinegar

  • 5 ml/1 tsp sugar

  • few drops of sesame oil

Method:

  1. Place the crab meat and cucumbers in a bowl.

  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients, pour over the crab meat mixture and toss together well.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
