Recipe
Ingredients

450 g/1 lb chicken livers
-
45 ml/3 tbsp soy sauce
-
15 ml/1 tbsp rice wine or
dry sherry
-
15 ml/1 tbsp brown sugar
-
5 ml/1 tsp salt
-
5 ml/1 tsp minced ginger
root

1 clove garlic, crushed
Method:
-
Parboil the
chicken livers in boiling water for 2 minutes then
drain well.

Place in a bowl with all the remaining
ingredients except the oil and marinate for about 3
hours.
-
Thread the chicken livers on to kebab skewers
and grill (broil) under a hot grill for about 8
minutes until golden brown.
