Ingredients
Method:
-
Cut off and
discard the bony tips of the chicken wings and cut
them in half.
-
Place in a pan with the remaining
ingredients, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for
30 minutes.

Remove the lid and continue to simmer
for a further 15 minutes, basting frequently. Leave
to cool then chill before serving.
