Chinese Beef Recipes - Steamed Minced Beef Recipe
Ingredients

450g/1 lb minced beef
-
2 onions, finely chopped
-
100g/4oz water chestnuts,
finely chopped
-
60ml/4 tbsp soy sauce
-
60ml/4 tbsp rice wine or
dry sherry

salt and freshly ground
pepper
Method:
-
Mix together all the ingredients, seasoning to taste
with salt and pepper. Press into a small heatproof bowl and stand in a steamer over simmering
water.

Cover and steam for about 20 minutes until
the meat is cooked and the dish has created its own
tasty sauce.
