Chinese Beef Recipes - Stir-Fried Beef with Spring
Onions Recipe
Ingredients

45 ml/3 tbsp groundnut
(peanut) oil

225 g/8 oz lean beef,
thinly sliced g spring onions (scallions),
sliced

75 ml/5 tbsp soy sauce
-
15 ml/1 tbsp rice wine or
dry sherry

30 ml/2 tbsp sesame oil
Method:

Heat the oil and stir-fry the beef and onions until
lightly browned.

Add the soy sauce and wine or
sherry and stir-fry until the meat is cooked to your
liking. Stir in the sesame oil before serving.
