Recipes - Cooked Chicken with Pineapple Recipe
Ingredients

45ml/3 tsp
peanut oil
-
225g/8oz
cooked chicken, diced
-
alt and
freshly ground pepper
-
2 stalks
celery, diagonally sliced
-
33 slices
pineapple, cut into chunks

120ml/1/2 cup
chicken stock
-
15ml/1 tbsp
soy sauce
-
10ml/2 tbsp
corn-flour
-
30ml/2 tbsp
water
Method:
-
Heat the oil and fry the chicken until lightly
browned. Season with salt and pepper, add the celery
and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the
pineapple, stock and soy sauce and stir for a few
minutes until heated thorough.
-
Mix the
corn-flour and water to a paste, stir into the pan
and simmer, stirring, until the sauce clears and
thickens.
