Chinese Chicken
Recipes - Ham and Chicken Foo Yung Recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, beaten
-
45 ml/3 tbsp corn-flour
(cornstarch)
-
100 g/4 oz ham, diced
-
225 g/8 oz chicken breast,
diced
-
3 spring onions
(scallions), finely chopped
-
5 ml/1 tsp salt
-
45 ml/3 tbsp groundnut
(peanut) oil
Method:
-
Beat the eggs then beat in the corn-flour. Stir in
all the remaining ingredients except the oil.

Heat
the oil. Pour the mixture into the pan a little at a
time to make small pancakes about 7.5 cm/3 in
across.
-
Cook until the bottom is golden brown then
turn and cook the other side.
