Fried Steamed Duck Recipe
Ingredients
Method:

Season the duck with salt and pepper and place in a
heatproof bowl.

Stand in a pan filled with water to
come two thirds of the way up the bowl, bring to the
boil, cover and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours until the
duck is tender. Drain and leave to cool.

Heat the oil and deep-fry the duck until crispy and
golden brown. Remove and drain well. Chop into
bite-sized pieces and serve with hoisin sauce.
