Chinese Chicken Recipes - Duck with Wine Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 duck

  • 15 ml/1 tbsp yellow bean sauce

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 bottle dry white wine


Method:

  1. Rub the duck inside and out with the yellow bean paste. Place the onion inside the cavity.

  2. Bring the wine to the boil in a large pan, add the duck, return to the boil, cover and simmer as gently as possible for about 3 hours until the duck is tender. Drain and slice to serve.
