Recipe
Ingredients

45ml/3 tbsp
peanut oil
-
2 spring
onions, chopped
-
1 slice
ginger root, minced
-
225g/8oz
pheasant, very thinly sliced
-
50g/2 oz ham,
shredded
-
30ml/2 tbsp
soy sauce
-
30ml/2 tbsp
rice wine or dry sherry
-
5ml/1 tsp
sugar
-
5ml/1 tsp
freshly ground pepper
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp
salt

100g/1 cp
flaked almonds
Method:
-
Beat the oil and fry the spring onions and ginger
until lightly browned.

Add the pheasant and ham and
stir-fry for 5 minutes until almost cooked.

Add the soy sauce, wine or sherry, sugar, pepper and
salt and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
-
Add the almonds and stir-fry for 1 minute until the ingredients are
thoroughly blended, it is now ready to serve.
