Method:

Rub the duck with celery salt inside and out then
place it in a deep ovenproof dish.

Place an
ovenproof cup containing the wine into the cavity of
the duck.

Place the dish on a rack in a steamer,
cover and steam over boiling water for about 2 hours
until the duck is tender.
