Chinese Recipes - Chinese Omelet Recipe
Ingredients
4 eggs
salt and freshly ground pepper
30ml/2 tbsp peanut oil
Method:
Beat the eggs lightly and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil then pour the eggs into the pan and tilt the pan so that the egg covers the surface.
Lift the edges of the omelet as the eggs set so that the uncooked egg can run underneath.
Cook until just set the fold in half and serve hot at once.
