Chinese Eggs Recipes - Deep-Fried Egg Foo Yung Recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, lightly beaten
-
5ml/1 tsp salt
-
100g/4oz smoked ham,
chopped
-
100/4oz mushrooms, chopped
-
15ml/1 tbsp soy sauce
-
oil for deep-frying
Method:
-
Mix the eggs with
the salt, ham, mushrooms and soy sauce.
-
Heat the oil and
carefully drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the
oil.
-
Cook until they
rise to the surface turn them over until they are
brown on both sides.
-
Remove from the
oil and drain while you cook the remaining pancakes.
