Chinese Eggs Recipes - Scrambled Eggs with Oyster Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
4 eggs, beaten
30ml/2 tbsp peanut oil
3 spring onions, chopped
salt and freshly ground
pepper
5ml/1 tsp soy sauce
15ml/1 tbsp oyster sauce
100g/4oz cooked ham,
shredded
2 sprigs flat-leaved
parsley
Method:
Beat the eggs
with the spring onions, salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Stir in half the oil.
Heat the
remaining oil then pour in the egg mixture. Stir
gently wit a fork until the eggs begin to set then
stir in the oyster sauce and cook until the eggs are
just set.
