Ingredients
Method:

Mix together the
pork ad soy sauce so that the pork is well coated.

Heat the oil and
stir-fry the pork until lightly browned. Add the
spring onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Beat the eggs
with the spring onions, salt and soy sauce then pour
the egg mixture into the pan.

Stir gently with
a fork until the eggs are just set. Serve at once.
