Chinese Eggs Recipes - Scrambled Eggs with Spring Onions Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, beaten

  • 8 spring onions, chopped

  • salt and freshly ground pepper

  • 5ml/1 tsp soy sauce

  • 30ml/2 tbsp peanut oil


Method:

  1. Beat the eggs with the spring onions, salt, pepper and soy sauce.

  2. Heat the oil then pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently with a fork until the eggs are just set. Serve at once.
