Chinese Recipes - Scrambled Eggs with Spring Onions Recipe
Ingredients
4 eggs, beaten
8 spring onions, chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper
5ml/1 tsp soy sauce
30ml/2 tbsp peanut oil
Method:
Beat the eggs with the spring onions, salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Heat the oil then pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently with a fork until the eggs are just set. Serve at once.
