Chinese Eggs Recipes - Soy Sauce Fried Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45ml/3 tbsp peanut oil

  • 4 eggs

  • 15ml/1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1/4 head lettuce, shredded


Method:

  1. Heat the oil until very hot and break the eggs into the pan.

  2. Cook until the underside is lightly browned then sprinkle generously with soy sauce and turn over without breaking the yolk.

  3. Fry for a further 1 minute. Arrange the lettuce on a serving plate and place the eggs on top to serve.
