Recipes - Barbecued Lamb Recipe
Ingredients

450 g/1lb lean lamb, cut into
strips
-
120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup soy sauce
-
120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup rice wine
or dry sherry

1 clove garlic, crushed
-
3 spring onions (scallions),
chopped
-
5 ml/1 tsp sesame oil
-
salt and freshly ground pepper
Method:

Place the lamb in a bowl. Mix together the remaining
ingredients, pour over the lamb and leave to
marinate for 1 hour.

Grill (broil) over hot coals
until the lamb is cooked, basting with the sauce, as
required.
