Chinese Lamp Recipes - Grilled Lamb Cubes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup groundnut (peanut) oil

  • 60 ml/4 tbsp wine vinegar

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 15 ml/1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 5 ml/1 tsp salt

  • 2.5 ml/1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

  • 2.5 ml/1/2 tsp oregano

  • 450 g/1 lb lean lamb, cubed


Method:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients, cover and leave to marinate overnight. Drain.

  2. Arrange the meat on a grill (broiler) rack and grill (broil) for about 15 minutes, turning, several times, until the lamb is tender and lightly browned.
