Chinese Recipes - Grilled Lamb Cubes Recipe
Ingredients
120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup groundnut (peanut) oil
60 ml/4 tbsp wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
15 ml/1 tbsp soy sauce
5 ml/1 tsp salt
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp oregano
450 g/1 lb lean lamb, cubed
Method:
Mix together all the ingredients, cover and leave to marinate overnight. Drain.
Arrange the meat on a grill (broiler) rack and grill (broil) for about 15 minutes, turning, several times, until the lamb is tender and lightly browned.
