Chinese Noodles and Pastry Recipes - Boiled Egg Noodles Recipe
Ingredients

10ml/2 tsp salt
-
450g/1 lb egg noodles
-
30ml/2 tbsp peanut oil
Method:
-
Bring a pan of
water to the boil, add the salt and toss in the
noodles.

Return to the
boil and boil for about 10 minutes until tender but
still firm.
-
Drain well, rinse
in cold water, drain, then rinse in hot water. Toss
with the oil before serving.
