Chinese Noodles and Pastry Recipes - Cold Noodles Recipe
Ingredients

450g/1 lb egg noodles
-
5ml/1 tsp salt
-
15ml/1 tbsp peanut oil
-
225g/8oz bean sprouts
-
225g/8zoz roast pork,
shredded
-
1 cucumber, cut into strips
-
12 radishes, cut into
strips
Method:

Bring a pan of
water to the boil, add the salt and toss in the
noodles.

Return to the
boil and boil for about 10 minutes until tender but
still firm.
-
Drain well, rinse
in cold water, then drain again. Toss with the oil
then arrange in a serving dish.
-
Arrange the other
ingredients in small dishes surrounding the noodles.
-
Guests serve a
selection of ingredients into small bowl.
