Chinese Recipes - Dan-Dan Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
100g/4oz egg noodles
45ml/3 tbsp mustard
60ml/4 tbsp sesame sauce
60ml/4 tbsp peanut oil
20ml.4 tsp salt
4 spring onions, minced
60ml/4 tbsp soy sauce
60ml/4 tbsp peanuts, ground
60ml/4 tbsp chicken stock
Method:
Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 8 minutes until just tender then drain well.
Mix together the remaining ingredients, pour over the noodles and toss together well before serving.
