Chinese Noodles and Pastry Recipes - Dan-Dan Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 100g/4oz egg noodles

  • 45ml/3 tbsp mustard

  • 60ml/4 tbsp sesame sauce

  • 60ml/4 tbsp peanut oil

  • 20ml.4 tsp salt

  • 4 spring onions, minced

  • 60ml/4 tbsp soy sauce

  • 60ml/4 tbsp peanuts, ground

  • 60ml/4 tbsp chicken stock


Method:

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 8 minutes until just tender then drain well.

  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients, pour over the noodles and toss together well before serving.
