Chinese Noodles and Pastry Recipes - Egg Roll Skins Recipe

Ingredients

  • 225g/2 cups plain (all-purpose) flour

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 2.5ml/1/2 tsp salt

  • 120ml/1/2 cup iced water


Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together then knead until smooth and elastic.

  2. Cover with a damp cloth and chill for 30 minutes. Roll out on a floured surface until paper thin then cut into squares.
