Method:

Cook the noodles
in boiling salted water according to the
instructions on the packet. Drain well.

Arrange several
layers of kitchen paper on a baking sheet, spread
out the noodles and leave to dry for several hours.

Heat the oil and
fry spoonfuls of the noodles at a time for about 30
seconds until golden. Drain on kitchen paper.
