Chinese Noodles and Pastry Recipes - Noodles with
Poached Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
Method:
-
Bring a pa of
water to the boil, add the noodles and simmer for
about 8 minutes until just cooked.

drain and rinse
in cold water. Arrange in nest shapes on a warmed
serving plate.

Meanwhile, poach
the eggs and place one on each nest. Heat the oil
and stir-fry the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the ham
and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add all the
remaining ingredients except the soy sauce and
stir-fry until heated through.

Pour over eth
eggs, sprinkle with soy sauce and serve at once.
