Chinese Noodles and Pastry Recipes - Steamed Egg Noodles Recipe
Ingredients

10ml/2 tsp salt

450g/1 lb egg noodles
Method:

Bring a pan of
water to the boil, add the salt and toss in the
noodles. Stir well then drain.

Arrange the
noodles in a colander, place in a steamer and steam
over boiling water for about 20 minutes until just
tender.
