Chinese Noodles and Pastry Recipes - Steamed Egg Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10ml/2 tsp salt

  • 450g/1 lb egg noodles


Method:

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the salt and toss in the noodles. Stir well then drain.

  2. Arrange the noodles in a colander, place in a steamer and steam over boiling water for about 20 minutes until just tender.
