Chinese Noodles and Pastry Recipes - Tossed Noodles Recipe
Ingredients

10ml/2 tsp salt
-
450g/1 lb egg noodles
-
30ml/2 tbsp peanut oil
-
stir-fried dish
Method:
-
Bring a pan of
water to the boil, add the salt and toss in the
noodles.

Return to the
boil and boil for about 10 minutes until tender but
still firm.
-
Drain well, rinse
in cold water, drain, then rinse in hot water.
-
Toss with the oil
then toss gently with any stir-fried mixture and
heat through gently to blend the flavors together.
