Balls Recipe
Ingredients

225 g/8 oz smoked ham,
minced
-
2 spring onions
(scallions), minced
-
3 eggs, beaten
-
4 slices stale bread
-
10 ml/2 tbsp plain
(all-purpose) flour
-
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp salt
-
oil for deep-frying
Method:
-
Mix together the ham, spring onions and eggs. Make
the bread into crumbs and mix it into the ham with
the flour and salt.
-
Shape into walnut sized balls.
Heat the oil and deep-fry the meat balls until
golden brown. Drain well on kitchen paper.
