Chinese Pork and Ham Recipes - Pork with Cucumber Recipe
Ingredients

225 g/8 oz lean pork, cut into
strips

30 ml/2 tbsp plain
(all-purpose) flour
-
salt and freshly ground pepper
-
60 ml/4 tbsp groundnut (peanut)
oil
-
225 g/8 oz cucumber, peeled and
sliced

30 ml/2 tbsp soy sauce
Method:

Toss the pork in the flour and season with salt and
pepper. Heat the oil and stir-fry the pork for about
5 minutes until cooked.

Add the cucumber and soy
sauce and stir-fry for a further 4 minutes. Check
and adjust the seasoning and serve with fried rice.
