Chinese Pork and Ham Recipes - Roast Pork Chow Mien Recipe
Ingredients

100 g/4 oz bean sprouts
-
45 ml/3 tbsp groundnut (peanut)
oil
-
100 g/4 oz Chinese cabbage,
shredded
-
225 g/8 oz roast pork, sliced
-
5 ml/1 tsp salt
-
15 ml/1 tbsp rice wine or dry
sherry
Method:
-
Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for 4
minutes then drain. Heat the oil and stir-fry the
bean sprouts and cabbage until just softened.

Add
the pork, salt and sherry and stir-fry until heated
through. Add half the drained noodles to the pan and
stir gently until heated through.

Add the remaining
noodles and stir until heated through.
