Ingredients
Method:

Cut the ribs into 2.5 cm/1 in pieces. Place in a pan
with the water, soy sauce and salt, bring to the
boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Drain well.

Heat
a pan and add the spare ribs, rice wine and sugar.
Stir-fry over a high heat until the liquid
evaporates.
