Ingredients
Method:

Place the ham in a heatproof dish on a rack, cover
and steam over boiling water for about 1 hour.

Add
the sugar and wine or sherry to the dish, cover and
steam for a further 1 hour or until the ham is
cooked.

Leave to cool in the bowl before slicing.
