Ingredients

450 g/1lb minced (ground) pork

4 water chestnuts, finely
chopped

225 g/8 oz mushrooms, finely
chopped

5 ml/1 tsp soy sauce
-
salt and freshly ground pepper

1 egg, lightly beaten
Method:

Mix all the ingredients together well and shape the
mixture into a flat pie on an ovenproof plate.
-
Place the plate on a rack in a steamer, cover and
steam for 1 1/2 hours.
